Your new role
Your new role as Corporate Receptionist will be front of house, creating a first impression, meeting and greeting clients. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Managing Director & Manager calendars
- Dealing with income and outgoing postage
- General banking
- Preparing letters and outgoing electronic correspondence
- Processing client invoices
- Assisting with client debtor control
- Scanning and filing electronic client information
- Liaising with government and regulatory bodies
- Database management
- Offering administration support to Managers and accounting staff
- Assisting team members with adhoc administration tasks and errands - anything from banking to event planning - no two days are the same!
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience within a corporate environment in a reception and/or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional presentation at all times
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using FuseSign will be highly regarded
