SalaryWe are seeking a Receptionist who is reliable, punctual and well presented to be the face of their school. Based in Brighton, they require someone to commence Tuesday 16th April and will end on the 19th. Then another stint come June.
This is a traditional role that will require you to:
- Meet and greet visitors, sign them in
- Answer phone, direct calls and take messages
- Manage inbox and respond accordingly
- General administration and generally keeping office presentable
You
- Previous experience in administration and/or reception within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Quick to learn new systems and procedures
- Polished personal presentation
