Corporate Receptionist | Part Time

Our client is seeking a professional temporary Part time (4 days) receptionist with options for permanent to join their fun and vibrant team based in the CBD. A growing business that now requires additional support on reception, responsible for being the face of the company, liaising with clients and customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Reception Desk - meeting and greeting guests
• Providing quality administrative assistance
• Organisation of catering - breakfasts, lunches and events
• Liaising with clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members on visitor arrival 
• General data entry – updating system in regards to client files
• Scheduling and booking appointments
• Assisting on general administration needs for staff members

Key Requirements: 

• Experience within a Reception/Administration position
• Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet) 
• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
• Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
• Ability to multitask and take initiative when required
