Our client is seeking a professional temporary Part time (4 days) receptionist with options for permanent to join their fun and vibrant team based in the CBD. A growing business that now requires additional support on reception, responsible for being the face of the company, liaising with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Reception Desk - meeting and greeting guests
- Providing quality administrative assistance
- Organisation of catering - breakfasts, lunches and events
- Liaising with clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members on visitor arrival
- General data entry – updating system in regards to client files
- Scheduling and booking appointments
- Assisting on general administration needs for staff members
- Experience within a Reception/Administration position
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Ability to multitask and take initiative when required
