18 months full time role (maternity cover)
Based in Docklands
Here's a snapshot of your day:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person/host
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception portal
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanning
- Perform other administrative duties as directed by management
Our Ideal Person:
- Applicants must have a current and valid licence to work in Australia
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role is preferable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Must agree to compulsory background checks and drug and alcohol testing
