If you have previous experience in a reception/administrative role, a proven ability to organise both yourself and your work day as well as a demonstrated ability for accuracy, quality and timeliness in your work then we definitely need to hear from you.
Our role involves most of the duties you will find in any professional office, such as:-
- Welcoming visitors both over the phone and in person and maintaining a neat and organised front desk area
- Coordinating with employees on visitor arrivals, managing calendars
- Offering hospitality for external visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are well stocked and professionally presented
- Providing administrative support such as general software portal user administration, information collation, data entry and report generation
- Mail and courier co-ordination
We’re looking for someone who:-
- Is proactive, has a positive attitude and has a passion for great customer service
- Has proven experience as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant or a similar customer service role
- Has a high level of attention to detail with an ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Can work to deadline with varying tasks and is adaptable
- Is well presented
You will have an intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with a willingness to learn new things.
