Centre Manager - Nominated Supervisor
ELM Tree Early Learning is a smaller, established service who provide a loving and caring environment for all children.
Our centre caters for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years with thoughtfully designed spaces, creating our own “home away from home “.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring leader who is passionate about early education and shares our vision for learning. The successful applicant should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth.
We are searching for an experienced Centre Manager who can create positive relationship, create a vision and take the centre to the next level.
Within this role you will be managing the day to day operations of the service and have opportunities to guide and mentor Educators, form partnerships with families and engage within the wider community.

Requirements.
To be successful in this position, it is expected that you have:
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent.
- Desirable - previous leadership and management experience.
- Current Blue Card.
- Child Protection Training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the NQF and NQS.
- Understanding of and commitment to exemplary practice that the Early Years Learning Framework informs
- Practical skills in conflict resolution, team building and implementation. performance review processes.
- Extensive working knowledge of CCS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive working relationships with families and staff.
Remuneration will be negotiable, dependent on the applicant's skills and abilities. Hours and specific roles and responsibilities will be discussed and negotiated at the interview level.
