About the role
This is a full time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating business travel and maintaining professional reception services. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Corporate Services Manager, this position collaborates closely with the Travel Coordinator to ensure compliance with Stanwell's policies and procedures while delivering prompt and efficient services.
Key activities include:
- Welcome visitors to our modern Brisbane office
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare facilities.
- Process travel requests in accordance with company policy
- Monitor and reconcile travel expenditure.
About you
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail orientated with the ability to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with others.
