We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Security Manager who wants to be part of a high performing team that is fully engaged, passionate and accountable.
The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Reporting to the Account Manager, The Security Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site. This role involves coordinating security personnel, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, assets, and personnel.
Duties include:
- Oversee daily operations of the site to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, including rostering, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections.
- Implement corrective actions to address any issues or non-compliance.
- Oversee Contractor Management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, Tenants and stakeholders.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on site performance, including operational and safety metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to the development of the site’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in the Corporate/Commercial Industry as a Site Manager.
- Fully qualified and Licensed for Security Operations in Victoria.
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience in management of a team in a highly regulated environment.
- Exceptional Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.
- A demonstrated commitment to internal and external service standards.
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure.
- An adaptable and flexible nature.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
