AddressCosmetic/Medical Receptionist – Full Time/Part Time
We are seeking to recruit a professional, highly motivated cosmetic surgery receptionist, located in the Northern Beaches.
You will be working closely alongside our team to deliver high quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have proactive organisational skills and possess fantastic communication skills. Nursing background or nurse student is highly preferred. Or if you have an enthusiastic approach and a keen interest in developing a career in the medical/cosmetic field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering basic questions pertaining to cosmetic procedures (training provided)
- Warmly greeting patients with compassion & support
- Scheduling and organising patient appointments
- Receiving and responding to emails
- Performing general administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, mail sorting
- Sterilizing of medical instruments
- Responsible to support nurses, doctors routine daily job
- Reporting to business manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Some advanced skills in Microsoft Office welcome
- Experience using Best Practice software (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly manner
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to work both independently with initiative and as a team member
