We operate two clinics, one in Chatswood and one in Hurstville, and are looking for candidates who can contribute positively to our practice's welcoming atmosphere.
Desired Criteria:
Experienced: Applicants should have a solid background in reception or front desk operations, particularly in a medical or aesthetics clinic setting, demonstrating a proven track record of managing administrative responsibilities with poise and efficiency.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable and will be regarded favorably, as it will aid in communicating effectively with a diverse client base.
Personality: We are looking for someone with a happy, open, and cheerful personality. The right candidate will be approachable, friendly, and enhance the welcoming atmosphere of our office.
