AddressWe are looking for an experienced Medical receptionist who likes to work in a small friendly environment where you have everything nearby (1 min walk to the shops and 2 min walk to the beach) . Successful candidate will be starting as soon as possible.
Part time: 5 days / fortnight
On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls, Meeting and greeting patients, Handling patient enquiries, Taking payments and liaising with various health providers and Medicare, Booking patient appointments, Database management, Scanning and filing, Providing a high level of Administrative support, Opening and closing of the practice
Experience required:
At least one year experience as a Medical receptionist.
Fast and accurate typing skills and using Best Practice software areessential, Ability to multitask, Strong computer skills.
