The Opportunity:
Develop and implement a robust cost-benefit analysis framework, assessing projected costs and benefits for industry-wide applications. You will be responsible for drafting project plans, creating management plans, performing detailed analyses, adapting frameworks for broader use, and delivering regular progress reports and final recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate project with a start meeting and draft a detailed project plan within the first week.
- Create a benefits management plan by assessing past works and reviewing data sources to establish baseline metrics.
- Conduct a thorough cost-benefit analysis for inspections related to the projects, utilizing current and proposed pathways.
- Adapt the cost-benefit framework for application to other projects within the program.
- Provide weekly progress updates and comprehensive reports to the project team.
- Deliver a final detailed report with recommendations by the project deadline.
- Ability to deliver succinct, actionable reports within stipulated timelines.
- Expertise in developing adaptable cost-benefit analysis frameworks.
- Proven track record of effective communication and project management skills.
- Understanding of Biosecurity Systems, import pathways.
