Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Leading a large team of beauty consultants managing business objectives and KPIs
- Setting and driving individual and team objectives, and managing Beauty Consultant performance
- Ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to our customers with a client-centric mindset
- Ensuring Dior make-up and skincare standards and guidelines are adhered to by acquiring and maintaining a leading-edge knowledge of fashion and make-up trends and application through regular Dior training.
- Managing, motivating, and developing team members for career succession within Dior
- Maintaining operational excellence on counter, sales analysis and reporting, stock management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximise business and team performance.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive retail experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities, ideally in a luxury retail environment or cosmetic department. Travel retail experience will be an advantage.
- Experience working with and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- A strong desire to succeed and a passion for beauty.
- Superior selling and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, results/business-oriented, and reliable with good time management
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
