We currently have an opportunity for a passionate and driven Counter Manager to join our Fragrance team at Myer Eastland. This role is commencing as a casual employee and is anticipated to work approximately 36 hours a week across all store hours.
The role:
This role does require proven experience as a Counter Manager.
You will have worked in the Department store environment, ideally within Beauty or Fragrance.
Within your role as Counter Manager you will share your expertise with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations for the perfect fragrance.
You will be responsible to ensure overall operation of your counter is maintained to a high standard, presentable at all times and stock levels replenished. Naturally you will also be responsible for day to day customer experience, ensuring counter sales targets are consistently achieved.
Essential criteria:
- Department store experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in fragrance and/or beauty retail sales
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Highly developed communication skills
- Available to work approximately 36 hours per week with flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and events
- Sales and customer focused with a passion for beauty and fragrance.
