About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Centre Manager (4 days per week would also be considered) to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment, managing a newly refurbished centre in Melbourne's East. Working within the dynamic Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and further develop your career with a great company.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Lead the onsite management team
- Manage, lease, market and operate the centres to the very highest of professional standards
- Adhere to all key performance indicators as set out in the Management Agreements
- Ensure Risk Management practices are applied
- Facilities / Operations management
- Maintain efficient and tight control over the centres operating costs, preparation and implement Centre Budgets and Business Plans & Owners Reports
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence and lease information
What Sets You Apart
- Extensive Centre Management experience
- Strong leasing experience
- Budget, business plan and development experience
- Excellent Financial management skills, with a sound understanding of financial reporting
- A keen retailer focus
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- Intermediate level skills using Microsoft Office packages
- Thorough understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act
