Up to $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus | Based on Experience
Full time position and based onsite at the centre with ad-hoc flexibility as needed!
Key position responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of annual marketing plan, promoting the shopping centre to increase sales and traffic
- Extending digital and social media presence of the assets
- Budget management
- Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns!
- Liaising with external agencies
- Managing website, brand, and signage
- Relevant reporting duties - traffic, demographics, budget and spend
- Building relationships with tenants, centre team, marketing agencies and local governing bodies
- Ad hoc administrative duties such as quarterly newsletters or raising purchase orders
- 3+ years marketing experience in a similar environment such as Shopping Centre, Retail or Commercial Property (Executive stepping up or Manager)
- Retail Shopping Centre marketing experience preferred*
- Strong digital marketing experience
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
