- Plan,implementandmonitoralltraditionalsalesactivitieswithintheassignedterritoryasanentrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan cascaded down to SKUlevelfor thewholeterritory.
- Executevisibilitynormsacrosstheterritoryaspersetmerchandisingstandardsbychannel.
- Trackcompetitor'sactivitiesmonthly,createprocessdocumentsandcommunicatethesametothemanagement and plan/executecounterstrategiesaccordingly
