• Workclosely with

  Distributor's

  Sales/ BrandManager and ensure that the overall territory sales and assigned objectives areachievedin linewith

  Companypoliciesand strategies.

• SettheSalesandDistributiontargetsforallDistributor's.
• Delivervolume,valueanddistributionobjectivesoftheassignedterritory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficientcontrolofthedistributornetworkandhisstaff.
• Plan,implementandmonitoralltraditionalsalesactivitieswithintheassignedterritoryasanentrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan cascaded down to SKUlevelfor thewholeterritory.
• Executevisibilitynormsacrosstheterritoryaspersetmerchandisingstandardsbychannel.
• Trackcompetitor'sactivitiesmonthly,createprocessdocumentsandcommunicatethesametothemanagement and plan/executecounterstrategiesaccordingly

• Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of aggressive and innovativesales promotions for distributors and customers with a view to ensure adequate penetration,marketshare, product positioning,growth,and performance
