About the role:Exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute on an ongoing basis as our Course Coordinator- VET Music!
Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative, customised, high quality vocational education and training for BHI students and clients.The Coordinator, VET Music is a member of the Faculty of Creative, Business and Technology. This position is responsible for working professionally with employees at all levels across the Box Hill Institute and liaising with relevant external stakeholders, including clients, students, industry representatives and suppliers.About You:

• A relevant degree or approved AQF Level 6 or above educational qualifications.

• A vocational qualification relevant to the courses delivered.

• Highly developed educational leadership expertise plus extensive management and/or teaching skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing and motivating a high performance team of teaching employees, managing performance, facilitating development and providing feedback and coaching improving productivity and performance.

• Proven experience leading and managing teaching programs that comply with relevant quality standards with a strong understanding of competency based training and assessment. Demonstrated experience applying and coaching employees on teaching methodologies, techniques and standards appropriate to subject areas.
