Event Management (Marketing & Communications)

Permanent contract

 This position will work closely with a small team in coordinating and delivering exceptional events, primarily for the Legal Profession, spanning both educational and social events.

The position requires an individual with:-

• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience in event and/or project coordination;
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as a member of a small team;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to facilitate the running of events;
• Computer literacy across a range of applications including databases, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Zoom;
• Comfortable using technology generally, including IT and Audio/Visual;
• An eye for attention to detail.

 While not essential, applicants with an interest in Law or experience within a legal environment would be highly regarded.
