About the Role:
You will lead and mentor a team of four sales professionals, driving them towards excellence through effective coaching and sales strategy implementation. This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand's market presence through innovative sales tactics and superior customer engagement.
In this leadership position, you will also personally manage a small territory of key trade dealer accounts, focusing on leveraging these partnerships to maximise sales and brand loyalty.
Your Day to Day:
- Drive team performance through continuous mentoring, coaching, and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share, aligning with the broader objectives of the company.
- Organise and participate in trade shows and dealer events, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening industry relationships.
- Lead and expand sales within a designated territory by managing key trade dealer accounts and directly engaging with end users to promote the unique benefits of our products.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong focus on mentoring and team development in a sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and negotiate effectively to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for identifying business opportunities and strategic planning.
- Advanced skills in CRM (salesforce would be advantageous), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or a relevant field, with significant experience in a similar leadership role within the sales sector.
