A phenomenal opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Strategy Director with a keen eye for design to join this dynamic, next-gen design agency, renowned for developing powerful retail experiences for some of the world's most recognised global brands.
Working across sectors spanning retail, tech, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle brands, you'll be exposed to both local and global multi-disciplinary creative projects, ranging from 3D built environments, experiential activations, campaigns, and digital content, delivering innovative projects that push boundaries.
Working as part of a close knit, multi-faceted team you will play a pivotal part in driving strategic direction, building reputations and relationships and leading project teams to deliver well-crafted solutions to clients complex challenges. You will draw inspiration from culture, art, technology and science to drive fresh thinking, gain insights and create narratives inspired by human connection through multi-sensory brand experiences that resonate and excite audiences.
With 5+ years of similar experience in retail design, experience design and/or interior design. You will blend your exceptional analytical, copywriting and communication skills with your strong design background. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, strong project management skills, excellent communication, strategic and creative thinking and negotiation skills. Confidence in researching industry and consumer trends as well as presenting to senior stakeholders is a must.
Familiarity with Keynote, Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
