We are currently seeking vibrant, warm and enthusiastic individuals to be Casual Creche Attendants at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreational Centre.

You will need to provide quality care for children in a safe, stimulating and friendly environment, providing clear communication and information to customers and parents, and maintain a work area to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.

You will need to provide childcare services to a high level, including supervising, assisting and comforting children in a positive manner, with prioritising children’s safety and wellbeing at the forefront, and will need be capable of working within a team of dedicated staff.

Due to the Centre being open 7 days a week, hours may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive. The Creche is currently open Monday-Friday 08:45- 12:00, Wednesday 16:45- 19:00 and Saturday 07:30- 11:30.

To be successful you will be required to have:

• Previous experience in Childcare or Creche environment
• Current Senior First Aid
• National Police Clearance
• Working the Children certificate

The finer details

This Casual position attracts an hourly rate range of Level 1/16 years $ 21.94 – Level 2 $36.67 per hour, inclusive of 20% casual loading dependant on age, qualifications and experience.
