About the Role:As a member of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across all our Premium Hospitality Spaces, including:
- Functions & Hospitality Rooms
- Restaurants (Buffet, A la Carte & Fine Dining)
Each area offers unique service styles, requiring a versatile and dynamic workforce to maintain our ‘Fans First’ experience.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience & Skills: Experience working floor or bar service in a restaurant, function centre or hotel is required, and you must hold a valid RSA.
- Availability: We need team members who are available to work across various functions running 7 days a week. Functions can start as early as 6am for breakfasts and finish as late as 3am for gala balls, with most of our shifts being for lunch or dinner services from Wednesday to Saturday. Staff will also be offered shifts to work during our Major Events.
