ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Credentialed Pharmacists and pharmacists looking to become credentialed, to join our collaborative and growing team.
Our Credentialed Pharmacists are responsible for conducting RMMRs and QUM services to clients, including staff education and training sessions, a range of comprehensive audits, on-call advice, active participation in the Medication Advisory Committee, collaboration and case conferencing with GPs and specialists, policy and procedure development and providing advice and support to meet accreditation standards and key quality indicators. Meditrax also works within the wider community delivering HMRs and quality use of medicines services to community care providers.
ABOUT YOU
You are a credentialed pharmacist, or pharmacist looking to become credentialed, with up to date knowledge and a strong interest in working with aged care clients and residents. You are motivated and professional with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and an eye for detail.
An ability to present at meetings and facilitate educations sessions is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of health practitioners and aged care residents.
We have full time roles available for candidates who can work flexible schedules, including travel requirements. A current driver’s license, your own vehicle and a willingness to travel on a regular basis is essential. These roles have access to hybrid work arrangements, including a blend of onsite and remote work.
