Your new role
Demonstrate daily motivation and drive to meet or exceed short-term performance goals.Take ownership of your daily collection call schedule.Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs and explain any deviations from targets.Initiate escalation of account queries when a resolution is outside the Payment Team's authority.Build and maintain strong working relationships with Customer Services/Client Experience and other business functions to resolve complaints to the clients' satisfaction.Liaise with internal stakeholders on account queries.Perform additional tasks as required to support the changing demands of the function and the overall business objectives of the Group.What you'll need to succeedBe accountable for the overall performance of the BHR credit function.Adhere to individual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements for internal and external stakeholders.Meet targets for Cash Collection, Rescheduling Arrears, Direct Debit coverage, Outbound Call targets, Debtor Days, Collection Efficiencies, and Aged Debt movements.Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.What you'll get in returnExcellent opportunity for development and growth, with clear career pathways Lovey office based out of Sydney CBDGreat internal benefits and discounted products Various perk programmesWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
