Position:Credit Controller
Our client, a medium-sized business based in the Tullamarine area, is currently seeking an accomplished, self-motivated Credit Controller with high volume experience to join their finance team. This role supports the organisation’s Senior Accounts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of accounts and transactions including:
- Managing a debtors ledger consisting of 300 customers.
- Following up on outstanding invoices (over 5000 separate invoices).
- Initial addressing a backlog of repairs and older debts, including follow-through and possible credits.
- Checking and allocating approximately 300 deposits per month.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Credit Control at similar volume levels.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Experience with Simpro (preferred, but training will be provided if necessary).
