Australian Air-conditioning Distributors are a leading heating and cooling wholesaler and are rapidly growing within the market.
AAD are seeking a self-motivated Credit Controller to work at our head office, located in Clayton. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to work in a dynamic team that focuses on providing outstanding customer service.
Hours of operations: 7.00 am to 5 pm (two shifts)

The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Daily Receipts allocation for branches and EFT payments made;
- Monitoring outstanding debtor balances & actively collecting outstanding balances;
- Processing credit application and setting up new accounts;
- Updating existing customer accounts;
- Handling customer enquiries, investigations and dispute resolution;
- Month end activities and reporting;
- Daily Banking and
- General administration and adhoc duties when required.
As the ideal candidate for the position, you will have:
- 5+ Years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role;
- Ability to work in high volume/high performing environment
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in Navision is highly desirable but not essential;
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- An ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers stakeholders and you are a
- A team player.
