Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven optimisation strategies to enhance debt collection efficiency
- Lead change initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and performance through exemplary leadership and empowerment
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project commitment and timely delivery
- Oversee debt forecasting and reporting functions and identifying trends
Required
- Experience working in debt management
- Proven ability to foster innovation and consistently drive measurable improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience implementing optimization strategies to enhance debt collection efficiency
