We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. What you'll need to succeed Assess clients' financial status Evaluate creditworthiness and risks Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates) Set up payment plans
