Your next opportunity:
We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Team Leaderto join our team in North Ryde. As part of the Boral Shared Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Accounts Receivable processes, leading a dedicated collections team. You will have a direct working relationship with our customers, across high value transactions ensuring strong cash flow is maintained across Boral. This is a permanent role reporting to the Credit Manager.
Your day will involve:
- Leading and coaching a team of Collection specialists to achieve team goals and KPI’s;
- Management of collection activities on targeted accounts, liaising and reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders in our business regions;
- Building internal and external relationships to ensure best practices and service delivery is achieved;
- Managing customer risk profiles in accordance with our Credit Policy; including credit limit, stop supply and legal referral processes;
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, both internal and external;
- Contributing to building a team culture that encourages continuous improvement, collaboration, and achievement of team goals.
What we are looking for:
You are an experienced Team Leader, with previous Credit leadership experience working in a complex and diversified organisation. You will be highly motivated, with the ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders to form positive relationships. Additionally, you will possess skills in:
- Engaging leadership and management to build a high achievement culture;
- Delivering results that optimise collection activity, and mitigate credit risk;
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and competing priorities;
- Strong communication skills with customers and within a team environment;
- Solid ERP system skills in Oracle, SAP or equivalent;
