Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionChoosing either full-time or part-time roles with opportunities in Richmond you will work in ICU to provide evidenced-based nursing care for a complex patient cohort. In collaboration with the wider hospital community, you will care for patients across cardiothoracic, neurological, orthopaedic, general surgical, complex surgical and medical cases. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will be part of a respectful and supportive ICU team that enjoys challenges and has high levels of job satisfaction.You will make an impact by:Evaluating and monitoring your patient’s progressIdentifying sudden or subtle changes in your patient’s medical conditionCaring for patient’s needs throughout their recovery in the ICUCreating and implementing effective care plansBeing the information conduit between doctors, patients and patient’s familiesTo be successful in this role:You enjoy collaborating with team members and patients to create an exceptional patient experience.
