Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and monitoring your patient’s progress Identifying sudden or subtle changes in your patient’s medical condition
- Caring for patient’s needs throughout their recovery in the ICU
- Creating and implementing effective care plans
Requirements:
- MUST have full working rights in Australia - no sponsorships offered
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing
- Availability for day and night shifts, including on-call duties
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
