Role Overview:
This essential role will focus on managing and enhancing client data processes and customer relationship management to support strategic decisions in client acquisition and retention. The Digital Marketing/CRM Specialist will be responsible for the setup and development of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to consolidate customer data and initiate data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver electronic direct mails (eDMs) in collaboration with graphic designers to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage capture forms, audience segmentation, and oversee data flows.
- Develop and analyze the effectiveness of eDMs and automate email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Help establish and maintain a loyalty program, aiming to consolidate and enhance customer relationships.
- Provide detailed reports offering insights into client engagement, supporting strategic decisions and commercial targets.
- Maintain high standards for data quality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Tertiary qualified, ideally 5 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or communications, preferably within the retail, automotive, hardward or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sectors. We would be open to looking at agency candidates.
- Proficient in CRM systems, especially Klaviyo, with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, skilled in data interpretation, and capable of holistic thinking aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing data, briefing external providers, and presenting insights for strategic action.
- You will be part of a growing eCommerce team, working closely with the graphic designer and head of marketing.
- This role requires a hands-on approach and offers hybrid working options, with one remote day per week.
