About The Role
Due to an internal promotion and huge growth plans, we are looking for a new Loyalty & CRM Specialist to manage our loyalty program and drive growth. Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, you’ll be primarily responsible for:
- Delivering a personalised multichannel customer experience aligned with broader campaign objectives and customer’s profile/interactions
- Providing customer insights and recommendations to increase membership growth and transaction frequency/ value
- Utilise the CRM platform (Braze) to deliver content across various physical and online channels (push notifications, IAM, web, content cards, email, SMS)
- Brief the internal design/creative team on campaign assets (ensuring campaign alignment)
- Support our franchise network on key occasions and local campaigns that require digital communications
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about our products and our customers, and works with a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- Hands-on experience working in a Loyalty/CRM/Digital Marketing role
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze experience preferred, but not essential)
- Experience orchestrating multi-channel customer journeys
- Strong data analysis capability and demonstrated utilisation of data insights in marketing campaigns
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
