A 12-month fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist – CRM & LAM to join our Bupa Health Services team. This is a hybrid role, and you are welcome to work from home or our CBD office location.
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Digital, Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our customer engagement strategies for Bupa Dental and Bupa Optical. Your primary focus will involve meticulously building, reviewing, and automating 1:1 customer journeys, coupled with implementing targeted local area marketing initiatives. Embracing a dynamic approach, you will continuously test and refine strategies, leading us towards the delivery of an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
What will your day look like:
- Work with the Senior CRM Manager to develop, implement, and optimise CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty for the Health Services businesses
- Support the Senior CRM Manager to design, execute, and monitor targeted email, SMS, and offline line channels (direct mail & contact centre).
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize for maximum effectiveness.
- Grow an understanding of customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization.
- Work with internal teams to leverage CRM data for cross-functional initiatives, and act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences in decision-making processes.
- Work with the Senior CRM Manager to implement comprehensive customer lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM initiatives and collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Work with the Senior CRM manager to implement changes or optimisations to CRM journeys and other technical experts to implement new CRM tools across the Health Services business.
- Manage all campaigns to deliver on agreed budgets and process invoices in a timely manner to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

What do I need?
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or communications
- 5 + years marketing and or campaign delivery experience across CRM, marketing and digital integrated campaigns and their ongoing optimization, reporting and PIR delivery in a complex and regulated environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as proficiency in marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms, is advantageous.
- Great people skills to manage, cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to successfully operate in ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard on time and on budget. Are willing to roll your sleeves up and support the team in delivering meaningful experiences to our customers.
- Ability to write and assess copy for appropriate key messages and message hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence campaign optimisation and decision making.
- Ability to draft project timing plans and then execute to them, manage invoicing and campaign budgets to Bupa policy.
