Farm Managers and/or Assistant Managers
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient management of our cropping properties.
- Develop and implement crop plans, monitor crop health, and manage harvests.
- Lead and supervise farm staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Irrigation Specialists
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient irrigation systems to optimise crop growth. Experience with pressurised lateral systems is advantageous.
- Monitor soil moisture levels and adjust irrigation schedules accordingly.
- Collaborate with farm managers to integrate irrigation practices with overall farm operations.
Senior Farm Hands/Leading Hands
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Perform general farm maintenance tasks to support overall farm productivity.
- Lead and supervise farm staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Farm Hands

Requirements
- Relevant experience in the agricultural sector
- A good level of general fitness to meet the physically demanding requirements of the role
- A current drivers’ licence
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to sustainable farming practices
- The flexibility and availability to work hours and overtime which may vary to meet operational demands
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- For managerial roles: Proven leadership experience and strong organisational skills
