The Role:

• Multiple opportunities ranging for a junior role and a senior associate role, will focus on both National and International Commercial Property Projects.
• The team focus on working on a variety of Sales and Purchase and both Commercial and Retail Leasing.
• The business have a highly enviable reputation with their clients and are looking to find someone who will fit in with a team, who go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
• This opportunity offers ongoing support, training and mentoring.

The Candidate:

• We are looking to recruit someone who is a minimum of 2 years PAE in Commercial and Property law. 
• Ideally you will have experience in Acquisition, Sales and Leasing and have had some hands on contact with clients.
• Extensive experience in property and franchising transactions at national mid-tier firms. Demonstrates strong drafting skills. Proficient in negotiating and drafting leases,
• You will be well presented, have excellent written and verbal skills and have a genuine passion for commercial property.
• We are looking for a lawyer who is looking for a long term career and is keen to maximise the full potential from this role.
