About the Role:
As Cropping Overseer, you will be a cornerstone in the day-to-day running of cropping operations. Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, your role includes coordinating cropping operations, managing machinery maintenance, record-keeping, and helping our Farm Management Team excel strategically and practically.
You will work side by side with the property's new Management Team. Together, you'll ensure our farm's success and growth.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive broadacre cropping experience
• Understanding of crop agronomy and chemical application knowledge
• Familiarity with innovative cropping precision technologies
• Valid Forklift, Drivers, and Heavy Combination licenses
• Chemical accreditation and First Aid training
