We are currently looking for an exceptional casual Spa Receptionist to join our team. Please only apply if you have at least 1 year on your visa to work with one employer due to the extnded training time involved in this role.
About the Role
- You will love providing caring customer service to customers in the spa, over the phone and via email
- You will have a passion for all things administrative to manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email inquiries, and be responsible for inventory requirements
- Have a strong knowledge of all products, treatments, and services offered by the Spa
- Ensuring the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the Spa by providing general housekeeping duties such as laundry, folding of towels, and general cleaning
- Delivering a sublime spa experience from arrival to departure
- Great customer service skills
- Love organisation and administration
- Retailing & sales of spa services and products or similar
- Experience as a receptionist with luxury guest service or resort spa's is a bonus
