Bump Day Spa is a luxury Day Spa specialising in pre and post natal treatments. We have locations in Double Bay and Cronulla (Sydney) and in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane).
We are currently seeking a friendly, multi-tasking and hard-working Receptionist/Reservationist Agent to join our team in our beautiful Day Spas in Sydney!
Essential Criteria -
- Must be available to work in both our locations (Double Bay & Cronulla)
- Must have reservations experience (We take bookings across all 3 locations, including Brisbane)
- Must have attention to detail
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have customer service experience
- Experience handling cancellations
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must have attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Strong Retail skills
- Tech Savvy - We use numerous different softwares.
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling
- Available to work 2-3 days per week, INCLUDING SATURDAYS (we are closed on Sundays). Also possible extra shifts available between the two locations.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS (Rostered- with some Saturday off monthly)
***Must be available to work 4/5 days per week during the last two weeks of April 2024 and from the end of May until mid/end July 2024***

* Experience with reservations systems – (We use FRESHA)
* Passion for customer service, with a "guests come first" attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Positive, happy and nurturing attitude and strong work ethic
* Show initiative and attention to detail
* Well groomed
- Wellness industry experience preferred but not essential!
The role involves –
- 2-3 days per week/ approx 3-8 hours per day depending on bookings
- Greeting clients and checking out/processing payments
- Answering phone enquiries/bookings in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage appointments, cancellations and rescheduling
- Responding to emails
- Co-ordinating staff and timetables and scheduling
- Liaising with our Regional Manager
- General administrative duties
- Maintaining the spa including light cleaning and tidying.
