We're searching for a dedicated Cue Sheet Administrator to join us in a fulltime, permanent role. We are open to the role being based in any of our Australian offices. We are a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 115,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members. The Broadcast & Cue Sheet Reporting team creates and maintains records related to musical works used in recordings and Film, TV & Video On Demand programs. In this role you will analyse, edit, and enter data to facilitate on time invoicing and accurate payments to members for their musical works used in audio and audio-visual productions.
As a Cue Sheet Administrator, you'll:
- Collaborate with the Broadcast & Cue Sheet Reporting team to maintain records related to musical works used in recordings and Film, TV & Video On Demand programs
- Analyse, edit, and enter data to ensure timely invoicing and accurate payments to members for their musical works used in audio and audio-visual productions
- Contribute to a seamless data management process by ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Provide direct feedback and guidance to external stakeholders to ensure proper use of Online Cue Sheet Portal. You will also provide feedback to our tech team on maintenance and other support required.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
- An aptitude for working with reports and data, showcasing your analytical skills
- A solid understanding of popular culture, contemporary and popular music, and the broadcast, film, TV, and streaming landscape
