Recruitment Administrators to join our team based in our Bennetts Green office to assist in the on-boarding of our candidates for our up-coming outages / shutdowns in NSW.We are looking for a solid all-round administrator with strong people skills to support the recruitment team.The successful candidate will require the ability to work with high volumes for extended periods of time, high level of attention to detail with a can-do attitude
Key responsibilities:- Booking Medicals
- Data Entry
- Compliance Checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Updating and maintaining all records, employee files and systems database
- High-volume recruitment admin duties (database management and compliance)
About You:- Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Have previous experience working on the phones
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a Strong ability to build rapport
- Be Goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Maintain Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Be very well presented
