Cultivation & Post Harvest Team Members

The Company

Green Farmers is one of Australia’s largest medicinal cannabis cultivator located in Victoria’s South East (approximately an hour and a half from the city).   We are growing quickly and need to expand our team to meet current customer demand and our business growth strategy. As a B2B supplier of medicinal cannabis to Australian brands and patients, Green Farmers is looking for motivated Team Members that can operate in a highly regulated industry.

The Roles

There are several positions available and all are for an immediate start. 

We are currently looking for a cultivation crew and members for our post-harvest support team.  Future leadership roles and opportunities will also become available as the business grows. These roles are required to work daily onsite, and will be primarily responsible for working in a team and performing day to day tasks within the selected area.

Candidates with more extensive experience in the medicinal cannabis industry will be viewed favourably and compensated accordingly.  You must have a preparedness to share your knowledge, opinion and experience, whilst accepting the team’s decision and work together to achieve excellence.

All candidates must undergo a Police Check prior to commencement, a cost which will be covered by Green Farmers.
