We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cultural Liaison Officer to support our school's ongoing commitment to deepen a respectful understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and spiritualities in an inclusive, safe environment.
In this position, you will work within our school and the broader community and assist with activities that support the success of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:
- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
This is an Identified Position. Applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Island descent. Exemption is claimed under Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
