Your new role
As a Curriculum Project Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various Curriculum Projects, ensuring successful implementation, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. This role is essential in helping our institution achieve its educational goals and objectives.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and facilitate project communications, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to coordinate their input into the project.
- Assist in developing business cases and project initiation documentation (PID), including timelines, implementation strategies, evaluation methods, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate the implementation of project plans and initiatives, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor project activities against schedules, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Provide executive-level support for project committees, working parties, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and progress tracking.
