The client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custody Operations Associate to join the team. As a Custody Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role within the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Addressing client queries.
- Tracking and processing various financial transactions.
- Working closely with colleagues across different locations to resolve issues.
- Ensuring daily/monthly cash and security reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
- Addressing clients and fund manager/registries queries in a timely manner.
- Tracking and processing assets, income, rebates, and corporate actions.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in Europe as well as local registries and fund managers to problem solve.
- Investigating and closing daily/monthly cash and security reconciliation.
- Meeting and exceeding service level agreements in line with client expectations.

Requirements:
- Minimum two years' experience in the financial industry in operations or a similar role
- Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Effective and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sense of urgency and good time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and suggest solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
