About the Role
If you are looking to step into a customer service or sales position, then this is the role for you! We have an entry level role, where you will be trained to be a part of our highly functioning and extremely successful Customer Service team.
- Be at the forefront of our operations through taking calls and emails from our customers.
- Assist new and current customers with orders and general inquiries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Customer Service Experience Advantageous.
- Answer up to 100 calls and 50 emails each day.
- Be able to quickly learn new computer systems (Retalix & Ecommerce).
- Be flexible with work hours and Weekends.
- Have a great work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Food knowledge or Experience is advantageous.
