Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join the team. You will play a vital role in developing and growing sales through existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the existing customer base by establishing strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Accounts and conduct site visits when necessary to address customer needs effectively.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers on product systems and user-friendly app.
- Educate customers on the effective use of the app and encourage increased utilization.
- Proactively engage in marketing activities to raise the profile of the product range.
- Develop and maintain a sufficient number of sales leads in alignment with monthly and annual budgets.
- Attend quarterly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, including efficient management of any customer complaints.
- Participate in regular staff training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle customer enquiries promptly.
- Previous sales management experience is required.
