Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join the team. You will play a vital role in developing and growing sales through existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the existing customer base by establishing strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Handle day-to-day customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Customer Accounts and conduct site visits when necessary to address customer needs effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers on product systems and user-friendly app.
  • Educate customers on the effective use of the app and encourage increased utilization.
  • Proactively engage in marketing activities to raise the profile of the product range.
  • Develop and maintain a sufficient number of sales leads in alignment with monthly and annual budgets.
  • Attend quarterly sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, including efficient management of any customer complaints.
  • Participate in regular staff training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle customer enquiries promptly.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous sales management experience is required.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service across all communication channels.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner to drive sales.
  • Willingness to assist and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to accomplish objectives effectively within given time frames and efficiently manage administrative duties.
  • Professional and friendly approach, ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, confident manner, positive approach to change, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
