Join our high-performing team at our Steelforce site, Horningsea Park as an Account Manager where you will have the opportunity to build on our well-established customer base. The role is responsible for selling core and innovative products to our Fabricators, Manufacturers, Resellers & Trade customers.
Other responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Generate new opportunities and convert leads to new customers
- Follow up on customer quotations and ensure revenue targets are met
- Provide accurate forecasting to internal team to ensure orders requirements are met
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer service excellence
You are a proactive and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus and an ability to build and strengthen customer relationships, across different construction segments.

- Proven sales and business development skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
- A safety-first mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in steel, building or industrial product sales are highly regarded
- Ability to positively engage with key stakeholders and clients
- Good commercial and financial acumen
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transport
