We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing our Santa photography and event initiatives. The Opportunity
As a Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of products, services, and team performance. You'll collaborate closely with your team of Area Managers and admin support, ensuring client needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded. Whether working remotely or from the office, your efforts will contribute to the growth of our national business and the success of our Santa photography operations. Please note, this is a fixed term contract until Jan 2023 with the potential to extend to a permanent contract.
Location: Hybrid Remote and Office Based (dependent on location and requirements)
Key Areas of Focus
Planning and Preparations - Santa Photography:
- Maintain an established portfolio of client relationships (including initial and ongoing negotiations/quotations)
- Oversee preparations for the Santa photography season.
- Manage store requirements and staff coordination.
- Recruit, train, and manage high-quality photography staff.
- Provide training and support to Area Managers & on set team.
- Liaise with Shopping Centre Marketing teams
Operations:
- Lead and support Area Managers in the Santa Photography operation.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse sales and performance data to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks and financial reconciliations.
- Deliver timely reports and updates to the business Senior Leadership.
Events:
- Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Understand client requirements to deliver specialised, high-quality products and services.
- Develop strategies to drive business growth and identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate event requirements across various business functions.
- Ensure product and service quality meets company standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients and your Manager.
Other:
- Support workplace diversity and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Undertake delegated responsibilities within the role's scope.

- Account management experience with corporate clients.
- Business development experience in an account management role.
- Strong customer service background in the corporate industry.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in team management and motivation.
- Organised with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
